Clems's story

I'm a 16 year old boy. I started playing Texas Holdem with my friends about 6 months ago. We've been playing constantly everyday. We started off with buy in $5–$10 for our own private game, as the day past, we became more aggressive and buy in more. I feel that our friendship is all about wining each other money now. 

About 5 days I lost about $1500, it was a huge amount for a teenager. It was the worst day of my life. I was stress that I about to went to steal or rob someone. I was so desperate for money. After that I told my father about it, he helped me and told me to not gamble at all. If I could choose again, I will never pick up gambling. I promised to stop playing and get a part-time job. Spend your time on something meaningful.
