My gambling addiction started more than 10 years ago.

I gamble on sports, casinos, clubs and pubs. One day you win and then you give it back more and more. I could not kick the habit.

Now I'm a father, my son learning to speak to me and I'm ashamed when I look at him.

Today I exclude myself from every bookmaker I'm with.

I know everyone feels the same. Enough is enough. Stop the losing and spend time with family.
