Sue's story

I have a sister who has been a pokie addict for many years. It is only recently that I have discovered how much money she has stolen from our mother who has dementia.

I've estimated she has taken around one million dollars over a period of about 10 years. She no longer has access to our mother's money. She continues to lie constantly and manipulate the people around her to get money from them, she is an expert at deceiving others. 

I've never met such a silver tongued liar,  but she doesn't fool me! As far as she is concerned it's everyone else who has a problem and not her. I have so much proof of all the money she has stolen and yet she still denies it.

I have considered turning her in to the authorities but I know in time she will end up getting caught stealing from someone else. It will happen! A person that steals from their own mother is the lowest of the low and I have nothing but contempt for her.
