Thibeau's story

Since 2015 I started betting on sports. It started with a friend telling me 'Well tonight this team is playing, everyone knows they're gonna win and you get 1.8 times your money if you bet on them'.

I love easy money and I'm easily persuaded by these things. I placed the bet along with him, and it won. I've been betting on sports games ever since.

Sometimes I don't play for months, some periods I play everyday for months. It has cost me €3500 so far which is a lot to me. I'm 27 and still live at home. I bet because I'm just so bored and it gives so much adrenalin. Every time you win you think 'well I knew I was gonna win this obviously'. Forgetting how lucky you got and forgetting all those losses you had before. Only a few people know about this. I'm afraid I'll never be able to stop because it always pulls me back.
